We service equipment and components from various manufacturers. Service availability depends on the equipment model, condition and availability of replacement parts.
Please use the booking form to select your preferred inspection date and time. After submitting the request, send the manufacturer, model, serial number, description of the problem, warning or error codes, and available photos or videos through the platform messaging system.
The booking price covers the initial inspection and service labour only. Replacement parts, extensive cleaning, rebuilding, additional labour and other approved work are charged separately.
A quotation will be provided after the equipment is inspected. Additional repairs will not proceed without customer approval.
Equipment can be dropped off by appointment at our Mississauga service location near Dixie Road and Dundas Street. Pickup and return service may be available for an additional charge.
Booking confirmation: The selected date and time are requested appointment times. The appointment is confirmed only after the booking is approved and the required payment is received.
Turnaround time: Completion time depends on the equipment condition, required repairs and availability of replacement parts. Spray Foam GL Inc. will advise the customer of any expected delays.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without a cancellation fee when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. Late cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to deliver the equipment at the agreed time may result in the booking payment being retained.
Once pickup travel has started, the minimum transportation charge is non-refundable. Special-order parts and materials cannot be cancelled or refunded after they have been ordered. Any refund or account credit is subject to review by Spray Foam GL Inc.

Pickup and return service is charged at $3 per kilometre, subject to a minimum transportation fee of $180. Service beyond 100 km one way requires a separate quotation.
